How do you ensure the freshness of your bread during delivery?

All our bread is baked fresh daily in our local bakeries. For home delivery, your order is packed in breathable, eco-friendly packaging and dispatched immediately to ensure it arrives with the perfect crust and soft interior.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we offer a selection of Made-Without-Gluten items and vegan-friendly pastries and loaves. Please note that as an artisan bakery, we handle flour in all our kitchens, so we cannot guarantee a 100% flour-free environment.

Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver to select postcodes surrounding our bakery locations. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from the nearest GAIL's. We also offer a 'Click & Collect' service for free at all locations.

Can I pre-order large quantities for an event?

Absolutely. You can place large catering orders through our website at least 48 hours in advance. This includes breakfast bundles, sandwich platters, and large-scale pastry boxes.

What is your policy on returns and refunds for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or an item is missing, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.

How should I store my bread to keep it fresh for longer?

We recommend storing our sourdough in a cool, dry place inside the paper bag provided or a bread bin. For longer storage, our loaves freeze beautifully; simply slice before freezing and toast directly from the freezer.
